Thermamax TruFlow Air Purifying System with TRuVision Helmet

The Thermamax TruFlow Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) System is especially designed for welding operations that take place in confined spaces or areas without adequate ventilation. This complete system purifies surrounding air and delivers clean, breathable air for up to 9 hours without interruption. The TruFlow System comes standard with an 8-speed flow-controlled respirator (minimum 180L to 230L capacity) and utilises brushless motor technology. The run time on this unit is 9+ hours on low speed, and 5+ hours on high speed. The system uses a 4-cell Li-Ion battery pack that is supplied with premium rechargeable cells, that have a charging time of 6 hours, with a battery life indicator visible upon start-up.

The TruFlow PAPR System has multiple alarms including Audible, Visual and Vibrational alarms for blocked filters, missing filters and low battery settings. This complete PAPR System includes a comfort belt and convenient carry bag. It is a lightweight system, weighing just 1020g including the unit, battery and filter. The system also comes with a PRSL filter, and a prefilter, and is made from durable ABS material.

The TruFlow PAPR system is fitted with a spark deflector to protect the filter and prefilter. Each system also comes with a WHO2 Welding Helmet that has been specially prepared for the air feed unit. It comes with a FR material face seal, and a built-in air duct. The hose connecting the blower unit to the head top is protected against welding sparks and spatter with an FR cover to prolong hose life. The system also comes standard with a flowmeter and a multi-plug charger.
