The MT390 is a fast and accurate Multifunction Installation tester which makes testing installations easy and ensures that it is safe and complies to regulations and is a must have in an electrician’s arsenal. It is the most cost effective MFT on the market and is a firm favourite with electrical installers and commissioning engineers. The unit features Insulation resistance, Low Ohm measurement, Loop/PSC measurement, RCD measurement, Earth resistance measurement, Phase rotation and shows mains voltage with frequency on screen. The MT390 has soft key and menu options allowing the user to access the easy-to-use menu to select and change parameters and a friendly “Help” option displays a wiring diagram on screen to ensure correct connection. With safety in mind, the meter connections panel has a protective slide that prevents incorrect connection while charging and communicating with the meter. The 3.5” TFT screen displays multiple readings clearly and are visible from all angles. The instrument allows the user to save, review and label recordings. The all-in-one design includes Bluetooth file transfer and an internal memory with easy-to-use software that eliminates time consuming paperwork while testing multiple sites. The Bluetooth app allows the user to instantly share a measurement to a smartphone, both iOS and Android devices are supported and the test report can be shared instantly via email in CSV format. Other connection options include Mini USB, S-Video TV out and MicroSD. The rugged double injection rubber housing withstands the knocks and bangs of everyday heavy use and is supplied in a hard plastic carrying case. The MT390 complies with the IEC 61010 CAT IV 400V safety ratings.
